Job description

We live in uncertain times and a world of increasing complexity. At KPMG, we’re helping our clients to navigate the ever-changing business and technology landscape. As organisations strive to push the boundaries of innovation and digital transformation, we’re helping them embed cyber security at the heart of their business. With our assistance, our clients are building more resilient operations, understanding their cyber threat landscape and building the capabilities to detect, protect and respond to high end attacks on their most critical assets. For us, cyber security is about technical issues, but it is also so much more than this; it’s a holistic approach to understanding and addressing risk, and empowering our clients to harness business opportunities securely to adapt and grow. The solutions we provide are helping organisations across the globe to revolutionise their markets and their approach to security.

As a Cyber Graduate at KPMG, your aspirations and initiative will help make KPMG even better. You have the opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding team recognised by Forrester as a leader in the provision of cyber security consultancy. We offer a comprehensive range of cyber security consulting services to meet an ever-increasing demand from our clients, who are amongst the largest corporate companies in the world.

Our teams routinely work alongside KPMG’s broader advisory practice to link cyber security to financial crime, risk management, operational resilience, Digital transformation and organisational design. Our 3 year graduate programme offers the client exposure and the support you need to build a successful career in cyber security consulting. You will develop core consulting and technical skills, commercial acumen, collaboration and teamwork with a flair for business to deliver real value to our clients. As you progress, your Performance Manager will work with you to define your goals and tailor the support you need to meet your career aspirations. Naturally, your colleagues will provide the support and a blend of development opportunities to help you achieve your potential through formal learning, mentoring, coaching and learning on the job.

You’ll be passionate about Cyber Security and have an academic background at under-graduate or post-graduate level in a Computer Science, Cyber Security or STEM related field.

We’re reimagining how we work at KPMG. Our firm is creating a tech-driven business to empower and equip our people to be outstanding in delivery – through inspiring workspaces, innovative ways to collaborate and hybrid ways of working. In your role, you’ll work flexibly across your location region – at KPMG offices, engagement sites and from home.
