No experience required. Supervising site operations and monitoring maintenance.
We're looking for 1 staff member based in south London to work as a site supervisor over the Christmas period (23rd Dec 2021 - 3rd Jan 2021).
Our site has 10 delivery-only kitchens. Responsibilities for the job will include: Making sure that there are no urgent issues at our site, speaking to our restaurant staff and checking there are no issues,
responding to any problems with electrical power, speaking to the off-site management team and organising contractors to visit the site (if required), checking posts, making sure waste is collected.
The ideal candidate should have maintenance skills / DIY ability, and be happy to talk to a variety of people (staff, contractors, chefs).
