In Deal Advisory, we help our clients to buy, sell, fund, fix and partner with confidence, taking them from an initial idea right through to delivery. It's all about blending our deep sector expertise with our execution skills and working with teams from the wider firm to help each client make the right decisions.

This programme is aimed primarily at students of Black heritage seeking an insight into a career in Deal Advisory. It’s the perfect opportunity for you to learn more about our business and develop your professional skills – it could even lead to an offer for an autumn 2022 Deal Advisory graduate programme. We’re looking for individuals from any degree discipline who are curious, ambitious and passionate about a career in Deal Advisory.

During your Insight experience, you’ll have the chance to meet people from Deal Advisory who make KPMG an inspiring place to work and explore our variety of opportunities available. Over three days you'll network with our colleagues, learn more about what we do and the difference we make to the companies we work with, and the communities we work in.

Whilst on the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to take an assessment, and if successful, you could secure a position on one of our 2022 graduate Deal Advisory programmes. You may be asked to provide a preference for a Deal Advisory programme that you’d like to specialise in – the programmes we expect to be available for the Deal Advisory Insight programme are as follows:

Our Black Heritage Talent Insight programme is aimed primarily at students of Black heritage. By Black heritage, we mean students who might identify as Black, African, Caribbean, Black British or Mixed/Multiple ethnic groups: White and Black Caribbean, White and Black African.

Entry Requirements:

As a general rule, you’ll be expected to meet the following requirements (*or equivalents)

• Minimum Grade B GCSE* Maths
• Minimum Grade B GCSE* English Language
• Minimum of 128 UCAS points* under the 2017 tariff point system at A Level
• Minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline

Please note – we only consider a candidate's 'top' 3 A-Level grades and do not accept General Studies. And you need to have graduated already or be in the final year at university to be eligible for this programme.
