Job description

The pace of technological transformation makes this an exciting time to join us. Delivering a wide variety of digital solutions, technology is at the heart of what we do, underpinning every aspect of business. Along with helping us innovate for our clients, it enables us to work more effectively and collaboratively across teams. One of the reasons we're well-placed to do this is because of the shared passion and entrepreneurial spirit of our people, not to mention our alliances with leading names such as Microsoft, Oracle, Google Cloud and IBM.

This programme is aimed primarily at students of Black heritage seeking an insight into a career in Technology & Engineering. It’s the perfect opportunity for you to learn more about our business and develop your professional skills – it could even lead to an offer for an autumn 2022 Technology & Engineering graduate programme. We’re looking for individuals who are curious, ambitious and passionate about a career in Technology & Engineering.

During your Insight experience, you’ll have the chance to meet people from Technology & Engineering who make KPMG an inspiring place to work and explore our variety of opportunities available. Over two days you'll network with our colleagues, learn more about what we do and the difference we make to the companies we work with, and the communities we work in.

Whilst on the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to take an assessment, and if successful, you could secure a position on one of our 2022 graduate Technology & Engineering programmes. You may be asked to provide a preference for a Technology & Engineering programme that you’d like to specialise in – the programmes we expect to be available for the Technology & Engineering Insight programme are as follows:

Please note that although we will do our best to fulfil your preference, we recruit on a rolling basis and cannot guarantee that all programmes will be available at the point you are asked to provide a preference, or in every office location.

Our Black Heritage Talent Insight programme is aimed primarily at students of Black heritage. By Black heritage, we mean students who might identify as Black, African, Caribbean, Black British or Mixed/Multiple ethnic groups: White and Black Caribbean, White and Black African.
