Working as part of an energetic, driven and professional team, our hospitality waiters make events special and memorable.  As the primary port of call for all guests during their meal, this role is to engage with guests within the hospitality boxes to enhance their experience, efficiently and accurately communicating their requests with kitchen and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery. Our kitchen supervisors work in a fast paced energetic kitchen managing a team of 15 runners to ensure food is delivered in a timly manner all whilst smiling and having fun!

Requirements Previous kitchen/supervisory experience is necessary but not essential as Full customer service training and support is provided for successful candidates.

This role works with supervision of a team of up to 15 staff in a fast paced kitchen.

Be passionate about delivering excellent food in a timely manner.

Have excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate team.

Excellent communication with the chefs & front of house team.

The ability to remain calm under pressure is key to ensuring smooth delivery

The O2 is well serviced by public transport, however many of our events are in the evening. Please ensure you live within a reasonable travelling distance of the venue.
