Due to our continued success and our rapid expansion plans in 2021, we are looking for a Contract Manager to join our Trade department in the field, someone responsible for managing the growth of trade business within their area.

What can you expect?
As a Contract Manager your primary responsibility will be growing trade business within your area. You will be focusing on developing relationships with new and existing Trade accounts, delivering exceptional customer service. While also working closely with both the retail showroom team and our centrally based Trade department at our Head Office, The Nest.
On a daily basis you will be engaging with clients such as Kitchen Installers, Property Developers, Landlords, and Home builders, supporting them through their Wren journey. You will be working to achieve a personal and team target aimed at generating new accounts, sales and deliveries.
Being a member of the Contract Team will allow you to meet and work with several business areas and offers a fantastic opportunity for personal growth.
Main Responsibilities:
• Meet and surpass sales/delivery targets with the growth of new and existing accounts
• Generate new accounts within your area
• Gather requirements for new projects through meeting with potential clients
• Present project pricing to new and existing accounts
• Develop relationships with existing accounts to ensure future sales/growth
• Liaise with Contract Coordinators to ensure tender and planning accuracy
• Maintain a kitchen order bank to ensure customers are communicated to and deliveries are booked in time
• Attend site visits to ensure the progression of contract kitchens
• Support the trade customer service and finance team for any outstanding customer queries
• Identify opportunities for further growth within the trade team
