Customer Retention Advisor

Start-up in the reselling industry is looking for a researcher who helps us conduct a research about our service quality

10 - 20 hours per week
£10.00 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

You will be responsbible for calling users to conduct a research.

Goal: To answer the question - what we have to improve or change to encourage users use our service?

Sample Conversation:

Users who left their mobile numbers in account details

Script (you may tell it in a different way it’s just an example):

  • “Hello! My name is ..., it’s customer success manager from Zipsale - tech tool for cross-listing. Do you remember this service?”
  • “We’re conducting research to make our service better. Could you help us and answer 3 questions to improve service quality”
  • “Okay, thank you. The first question is: Why you’ve decided to register to zipsale? How did you know about us?”
  • “Thanks. Are you still working with us? Why or why not?”
  • “Thanks. And What problems did you have while working on Zipsale?”
  • “Thank you for sharing your experience, we highly appreciate it. Have a nice day! Bye”

More points:

  • If user said “no” on first question (do you remember this service), you can try to help him remember us but if not, you may stop the call

The deadline for finishing the research is discussed.

The whole process will be divided into 2 steps:

  1. First step: after 10 users we’re scheduling a call and discuss whether anything is correct
  2. Second step: all other users and we’re scheduling a call to discuss the results
