Our brand new YoungCapital team in Birmingham is ready to welcome a new team member. They recently made a kick-start as the first YoungCapital team in the UK and are already happy to expand the team with a full-time recruitment consultant.
As a full-time recruitment consultant at YoungCapital in Birmingham you will have a 360 degree role with lots of responsibilities. Firstly, this entails searching in the database for interesting prospects in the area. You can reach out to them by phone, or visit them in person to discuss the service that you can offer. Once you’ve sealed the deal, your search for matching candidates starts. By using various recruitment tools and tasks, you work towards the best possible match for your clients. After the matchmaking, you take good care of both your clients and candidates by managing the relations.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- You bring in new business in order to increase your customer portfolio.
- By using various tools and tasks, you recruit and select the best possible match for your clients, within set deadlines.
- Administrative tasks are also a very important part of the job.
- In order to create growth, building and maintaining a good working relationship with your (new) clients is key.

- At least finished college A levels yet a commercial drive is more important;
- Knowledge of/experience with recruitment is a plus.

- You have strong communication skills and a good command of the English language.
