YoungCapital are looking for a Part Time Recruiter in Birmingham, our continued growth in the UK market has created an opportunity for the ideal candidate to join our team.

At YoungCapital our strength is our candidates and as a recruiter you will assist in making the candidate journey a smooth and successful process. Your main duties will be to assist Account Managers with the pre-screening, interviewing and selection of candidates to place in our client's vacancies.

Who are you?

Are you a people person, you will be interviewing and helping candidates start the first part of their journey with YoungCapital, a professional, friendly and helpful attitude is a must. It is not essential to have recruitment experience, if you have a passion or ambition to work in the recruitment sector, this could be the ground level entry to the recruitment industry you require.

Work days and Times

As a Part Time Recruiter based in Birmingham, you will be required to work 2 days per week, 8 hours each. This would be a total of 16 hours per week. 

Pay

Pay is £10.00 per hour
