We are looking for candidates who want a Customer Service Representative job in Edinburgh! This role is great for friendly, approachable people. The company we are recruiting for provide various cruises, and they are looking for bubbly staff members to greet guests/passengers and other general customer service tasks.
Your main task as a customer service representative will be to assist customers with checking in and any questions they have about our service. Below are some more responsibilities in this role.
Your role within the company is really important in representing them well, you would be one of the first points of contact for customers, so being approachable and customer-service focused is essential!
Working days and times:
This is an ad-hoc job, meaning days of work will vary depending on the days the cruise ship arrives and leaves, making this the perfect job for candidates looking for something flexible, for example to fit around their studies or home life! The shift times will always be the same, there is a morning shift which is less busy, this is helping passengers who have finished their cruise. The morning shift hours are 6am to 10am.
After this, there is a 'day shift', which is a bit busier than the morning shift because this is checking in all the passengers for the cruise, who arrive throughout the day. The hours for this are 10am until 7pm.
Pay rate:
The pay for this role is hourly and will be £9.50 per hour. If you would like to work the 'day shift', you will also be provided with food for lunch from the ship.
This role will be starting from JUNE 2022 and will be for one day at a time, each time the cruise ship docks and leaves.
