Guest Relations Executive in London

This is a great role for someone interested in Customer Experience and the Hospitality and Tourism industry. As part of our Guest Relations Team you will be responsible for understanding guest needs and proactively helping to manage their stay.

15 - 40 hours per week

What are you going to do:

This is a great role for someone looking for flexible work over the summer and beyond and who has an interest in Customer Experience, the Tourism insusty or Property Management. As part of our Guest Relations Team, your focus will be on our Guests and their experience. What we look for in a Guest Relations Executive is strong emotional intelligence, organization, and a genuine desire to put the customer at the heart of everything they do. 

The role is responsible for understanding guest needs and proactively helping to manage their stay, this includes arranging their check-ins, suggesting, and processing additional services and dealing with any issues that may arise during their stay in an empathetic and timely way.  As a team we are the main point of contact the guest has with Veeve, so how they feel about the company will be based largely on their interactions with us.

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone available for at least three shifts a week (between 5 - 10 hours each), including some weekend / evening / Bank Holiday availability, for a minimum of six weeks between mid-May and mid-September (six consecutive weeks preferred but not essential Shifts  are between 8am and 10pm, 7-days a week, and usually 5 or 10 hours. For example, an evening shift will be from 5pm – 10pm, and dayshifts will either be early (8am – 6pm), core (9am – 7pm / 10am – 6pm), or late (11am – 9pm / 12pm – 10pm). There is a one-hour unpaid break
  • Suitbale home-working environment of able to travel to Victoria (Central London)
  •    Good emotional intelligence: when things go wrong, conversations can be emotionally charged, and we’ll need you to be handle this effectively
  •     Administration whizz
  •     Ability to navigate various systems (we use a few different tools / systems so being able to navigate between platforms without being phased is important)
