Our mission at Imagen Insights is to help Gen Z to shape their future.
We enable agencies and brands to crowdsource qualitative and quantitative feedback, ideas
and insights from our global Gen Z community within 72 hours via our platform.
Started in September 2019 by Co-founders Cat Agostinho and Jay Richards, Imagen Insights
boasts clients including Amazon Prime Video, Bacardi and PepsiCo. Imagen Insights is
currently experiencing exponential growth and is looking for talented human beings to join their
tribe.

Business and Partnerships Lead - Overview:


You will be instrumental in making Imagen Insights the market leader within the Gen Z
insights space. You will achieve this by driving the Imagen Insights sales pipeline and
converting curiosity into signed contracts.

You’ll need a positive outlook, enthusiasm, excitement and efficiency.

We have a team-first culture - we want everyone to suggest ways to improve the
business, processes, ways of working etc - everyone that works for Imagen Insights
should be invested in the growth and development of the business.


Roles and responsibilities

  • You will partner closely with the Co-founders and the Communications and Client
    Success Managers to deliver a seamless experience for all of our clients and partners,
    existing and new, and create contracts and partnerships that offer the most impact to our
    clients and capture the most value for our business.
  • You will develop lead generation and sales strategies to drive awareness and adoption
    of Imagen Insights offerings, resulting in a significant lift in sales as well as in value per
    customer. You will be a critical asset to the founding team reporting directly to the CEO.
  • Diligently maintain active engagement through Hubspot, our CRM, to stay current on
    leads and follow-ups to increase client interest in Imagen Insights
  • Being confident and eager to communicate with Senior Leadership and C-Level
    Executives actively during your day-to-day customer communication.
  • Create proposals, lead pitches, close deals, create contracts from existing templates and
    upsell to all clients.
  • Contribute to elevating the work in markets to be Best in Class, by being proactive and
    resourceful.
  • Support active prospecting globally & locally, establishing good momentum and a sense of
    ownership in the markets

Place of work and working hours:

 

  • Your place of work will be Soho Works or remotely.
  • We may need you to travel within and outside of the UK in the performance of your
    duties. If that’s the case, we'll agree on the timing and location, and reimburse expenses.
  • Your working days will be 5 per week.
  • Your standard working hours will be 10am-4pm however there is often a need to work
    outside of these to meet deadlines given the business is in such a growth phase.

What we offer:

  • £25,000 to £40,000 salary depending on experience
  • No upper cap on bonus
  • 10am to 4pm hours
  • £250 annual learning budget

What we ask:

  • No minimum education required
  • 1 to 4 years experience in a B2B sales role with high conversion rates (we’d be interested in the right candidate without sales experience)
  • CRM experience (we use Hubspot religiously)
  • Proof of building successful client relationships and upselling strategies
  • Experience of working in a small team or startup environment (preferred, not mandatory)
