About You: 

They have just landed in the UK. In order to connect freelancers to the coolest gigs, they need the coolest clients. We are looking for an experienced sales person to join the dynamic team. You have 1+ years of pro-active sales experience, you are confident in both written and verbal English communications and have a proven track record of attracting new business and extracting revenue. Your Grit and determination alone is inspirational as you seek to be the best in your field. You seek out a dynamic work environment that challenges and rewards hard work and success. 

What will you be doing: 

Joining a team of dynamic self-starters you will be: 

• In charge of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing;
• High volume of outbound activity including calls, emails, messages etc;
• Lead Gen & qualification;
• Cold calls and other outbound activities;
• Hold dynamic sales meetings where you educate your qualified prospects on the product and processes;
• Activate your clients extracting revenue;
• Retain your clients by ensuring a great first experience;
• Hand over clients to the customer success teams;
• YoungOnes is a very entrepreneurial organisation leaving you lots of freedom on how you hit your targets and objectives.
