The Sport and Activity Instructor is responsible for implementing and delivering the sport and activity programme in conjuction with the Sport and Activity Co-ordinator.

It is desirable that Sports and Activity Instructors hold a Level 2 coaching qualification but experience in coaching and/or working with young people will also be taken into account.
All staff must demonstrate the ability to be flexible and enjoy working with young people from other cultures.
