Social Media Community Manager

What are you going to do:

We’re a duo built on 25 years of friendship, exploring themes of Worldly Wellbeing through our podcast.

Previous guests on the Worldly Wellbeing podcast have included: Gather By founder Matt; Bloomtown founder Preya; journalist and blogger Alice Taylor; coach and facilitator Liz Nottingham; and fashion activist and designer Tiffany – founder of Slow Garments.

The focus of this role will be to create and post content that promotes the podcast across a variety of channels, including Instagram. We would be looking for someone who can review what we currently do and seek to improve it where possible.

Our new Social Media Community Manager will have the opportunity to not only take a young initiative and champion and push for growth, but also be able to use this work as an example of their own skills and success.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an interest in the topics we cover, 
• Agrees with and can support the ethos of Worldly Wellbeing,
• Can demonstrate excellent social media savvy,
• Has the desire to work on a relatively new brand identity, with the opportunity to showcase this as a portfolio project,
• Is motivated to drive measurable growth,
• Is willing and able to get stuck in.
