If the answer is yes, then joining this exciting opportunity to join our brand new Community Ambulatory Wound Care Service at Midlands Partnership Foundation NHS Trust in East Staffordshire could be the perfect career move for you. This new service will be ran over 7 days in both the Uttoxeter and Burton area providing wound care for ambulatory patients

 

As a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration you will have significant post qualification experience in wound care.

 

You will have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering high quality person centred care in line with the Trust’s organisational vision and values.

 

With strong communication and organisational skills and a flexible approach, you will work collaboratively with patients and key partners to facilitate the best possible patient experience and outcomes.

 

You will demonstrate passion and ability to assess, plan, provide and evaluate evidence based nursing care for patients.

 

You will demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and prioritisation skills and be able to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team.

 

You will have a commitment to professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

 

You will organise and prioritise your own day- to-day work tasks and activities and delegate tasks to junior colleagues.

 

You will be required to work flexibly on a rota system across a 7 day working week
