They have just landed in the UK. In order to connect freelancers to the coolest gigs, they need the coolest clients. About You: 

They are looking for an experienced full-time Customer Success professional to join their dynamic team. You have 1+ years of experience in this role or in Account Management, you are confident in both written and verbal English communications and have a proven track record of retaining and growing business relationships. Your grit and determination alone is inspirational as you seek to be the best in your field. You seek out a dynamic work environment that challenges and rewards hard work and success.

What will you be doing: 

  • You follow up on customer contact and help (new) clients with placing the jobs and making the first matches

  • You are an advisory partner to customers and ensure that they are aware of all the ins and outs about the platform, and you can use the platform optimally;

  • You help internal and external process improve to create the optimum client experience;

  • You are always looking for opportunities with a commercial eye, and you ensure - in collaboration with the sales team - for the expansion of your customers;

  • You are the bridge between freelancers and companies where this is necessary;

  • Other administrative and support office tasks.

What we ask:

  • At least finished college A levels
  • You are 18 years or older;
  • 1+ year experience in Account management or Customer Success;
  • Confident in both written and verbal English communications;
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing business relationships.
