Temporary full-time Store Manager in London

We are recruiting for a temporary full-time Store Manager in London! Do you have experience in running a store? Do you have a passion for fashion? You enjoy working individually? Then you might be the person we are looking for!

Downtown London in energetic Soho, a Pop-Up store for a premium contemporary womenswear brand, will open up their doors for 6 months. The brand celebrates African heritage and sustainable craftsmanship with designers from across Africa will launch their joyful collection mid-summer. From the end of July until December 2022 they are looking for a Store Manager/Store Associate to run their Pop-Up store and be their ambassador.

Who are you?

We are looking for an individual who has experience with working in retail and engaging customers at a premium level. You have knowledge of inventory and general management duties for running a store. You are enthusiastic, have experience in selling luxurious products and want to be an ambassador for the brand. As it is a small Pop-Up store it will be a 1-(wo)man team, so it is important you can work individually and are self-motivated. 

You will be working from Wednesday-Sunday from approx. 11:00-20:00.

Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
• Provide information about products or current specials;
• Ring up purchases;
• Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner;
• Keep the storeroom organized and tidy;
• Ensure that items are priced and labeled correctly;
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items;
• Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records;
• Discuss new ideas for business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability with Brand Director.

What we offer:

• Hourly rate of £14;
