About the Role

Outcomes First Group has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Care Induction Coordinator.

As our new Induction Coordinator, you will work to high standards with great attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

You will provide a responsive, flexible, and efficient administrative support function for the Induction Process and Central Operations Team, along with broader Care Sector stakeholders across the business. 

You will deliver an exceptional customer service experience to all Induction customers and have great communication skills being able to liaise between different teams within the business as well as new starters.

What we are looking for:

•    Proven track record of planning, scheduling, and coordinating events across a range of stakeholders.
•    Conducts self professionally and understands what good customer service looks like.
•    Proven track record of attention to detail.
•    Sound capabilities with all Microsoft office applications.
•    Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility in approach and style to meet demands.
•    Track record of meeting deadlines.
•    Detailed and conscientious, taking pride in output and achievement in of quality standards.
•    Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
•    Self-motivated, requires minimal supervision.
•    5 GCSE’s including English Language & Maths
•    Previous administration experience in a Care and/or Operational setting (desired but not essential)
