Are you an experienced Maths Lead committed to improving the lives of pupils and young people?
We are looking for the right person to join our close-knit team at Lamledge School and help develop and drive this aspect of our Maths Curriculum.
You will promote a relentless focus on the quality of education and delivery of a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum that meets the needs of pupils and young people along with producing positive outcomes. You must be willing to work with students with SEMH needs. You will have a Degree and Teaching Qualifications and experience teaching Maths.

About the role
The successful candidate will be an innovative, reflective practitioner who can demonstrate the willingness to adapt and learn.
We are looking for an individual with high expectations and standards who can offer excellent behavioural management skills. An additional strength would be a creative, engaging approach to curriculum design and planning for pupils.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate may have industry experience and experience of working with young people with a range of complex learning needs. You will be able to demonstrate a working understanding of how these needs impact upon learning and behaviour in the classroom. You may have specialist knowledge and experience of working with pupils with social, emotional and behaviour difficulties.

We are looking for an individual who can help inspire and engage the young people that we serve. Previous experience of working in a SEMH environment would be desirable, excellent support skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are also just as important.
