Area Manager - Cambridgeshire in Milton Keynes

More about your role

You will be responsible for leading a team of Place Managers to deliver a first class Place Management service across a range of tenures.  You'll be responsible for providing advice on neighbourhood and property management, homeownership issues, tenancy enforcement, intensive housing management and health & safety.

The Area Manager opportunity is Agile with travel as and when required by the business in the Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas.

As an Area Manager you will have good working relationship with all other areas of the business to ensure that the Place Management service is consistent with the wider Group's aims and you'll play a key role in contributing to the Group's aims to sustain tenancies, communities and increasing surplus per property.

You will have experience of effectively managing and motivating a team to success. You'll be supportive and a great communicator, particularly when working remotely.   You'll be able to demonstrate your ability to manage budgets and resource with positive outcomes.  

It is essential that applicants have experience managing a Housing Service.
