More about your role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Caretaker/Maintenance Operative to take the next step in their career. You will be leading and supervising an established caretaking team to ensure the safe running and maintenance of our two Preston offices (South Rings, Bamber Bridge & Group Support, Preston)
As lead caretaker you will be supporting with all FM services through the delivery of hard & soft facility operations, whilst maintain compliance and health and safety. You will assist our Engineer in any minor repairs that need carrying out across the offices and will be involved in electrical testing and reactive works.
Across both offices we have an established caretaker team, it will be your role to manage and support this team, to allow them to continue to provide a top-class caretaking service. You will conduct regular 121s and role risk assessments.

More about you
You will have previous experience in a caretaking role and due to travel required will need to hold a current valid driving licence. Past experience of maintenance works is essential, and ideally you will have some team leader experience
