We're currently recruiting for a Campaign Planning Manager to join our growing Marketing Planning & Business Partnering Team.
This is an exciting new role which will support the Head of Marketing Planning to implement, embed and manage a new end – to – end Marketing Planning process, which has been designed to create efficient and effective ways of working to deliver excellence and add value in line with the business strategy and objectives.
You will be responsible for providing the business with a cross functional and holistic view of all marketing activity and work flowing in and out of the Marketing Communications team, coordinating the overarching calendar of activity and acting as the gateway between our business areas and our marketing experts. You will also act as the business partner for areas that do not have a dedicated partner in place.
This role will work closely with the Studio Traffic Manager to triage work requests and ensure that the right resource is secured at the right time and for the right reasons. It will also form strong relationships with our business partners, supporting them to plan all upcoming activity and ensuring there is a roadmap in place to deliver the KPI's

If you love planning, managing multiple cross functional projects and working in a busy but rewarding environment then this is the role for you! We are looking for someone who is process driven, enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish and has a continuous improvement mindset. Previous experience of planning or traffic management in a matrix organisation is essential for success in this role - you may already be working in an inhouse role or looking to move from agency to client side.
Experience using Monday.com (or a similar platform) is essential, along with experience of the marketing briefing process, critical paths & planning and triaging of work requests.
Strong influencing and engaging skills are also important, as you will need to work with multiple stakeholders across all business areas within our matrix organisation. You will be a strong problem solver who can deal with complex information and issues while providing appropriate solutions
