Responsibilities: As a Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our manufacturing, energy storage, and cleantech divisions. Your responsibilities will include: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing and energy storage sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Provide insights to the leadership team for informed decision-making. Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners. Ensure favorable terms while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive successful product launches and promotions. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Financial Management: Work closely with finance teams to manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and ensure profitability in manufacturing and cleantech projects. Requirements: Proven track record in commercial management, specifically within manufacturing, energy storage, and cleantech industries. Strong understanding of the sustainable energy landscape, including market trends and regulatory frameworks. Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation, deal structuring, and successful project implementation. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to travel as needed.
