g2 are currently working with a Local Authority in the South West are looking to on board a maintenance surveyor for an initial 6 month period to join their busy Repairs & Voids service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a busy team environment and be willing to come in and hit the ground running. Key Requirements/Experience: - Local Authority/Housing association experience - Extensive experience working with Voids - Pre/Post inspections - Contractor management - General repairs/Maintenance surveying background The role will be mainly covering Voids in the first instance to help with a recent backlog that's occurred.
