Work as a Chef de Partie in Clevedon
We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and committed Chef to join the team as Chef De Partie in our busy and vibrant country hotel, set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The venue has a well established restaurant, bar, function and event space.
As Chef De Partie, you will be s crucial member of the kitchen staff, having the opportunity work on all sections within the kitchen. Providing you with the opportunity to develop your skills as a chef and produce dishes consistently to a high standard. You will be working in close proximity to the Head Chef and fellow colleagues, helping one another.
You will be an important & key member of the team, sharing responsibility for setting the bar high in terms of really good food and service. To thrive in this role as Chef De Partie; it is crucial that you are passionate about being a Chef and are able to work in a fast paced environment.
