Work as a Project Manager in Basildon
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Passenger Lifts division at Stannah. This role is a field-based role covering the southeast of England.
As the Project Manager, you will work across a wide range of customer construction sites. You will take ownership of site progress in preparation for the delivery and installation of our passenger lifts. Your role will be key to managing customer expectations and ensuring all installations are delivered on time, to budget and with zero defects.

To be successful in this role you will need previous experience in site-based project management within the construction industry or supervising installation of passenger lifts. You will be able to understand and read a wide range of construction drawings, able to understand relevant buildings standards and processes to manage the competence and performance of subcontractors.
Ideal candidates will be effective communicators, with excellent organisation and planning skills able to problem solve and manage time effectively.
Candidates must have strong computer skills with the ability to produce and analyse a wide range of reports.
Responsibilities:
Work with customers to build strong relationships
Enforcement Health and Safety requirements over all issues.
Carry out dimension checks, plan and schedule work efficiently to meet customer needs
Complete pre-start checks before installations
Assistant sales by attending client meetings
Manage contractors and their performance.
As required complete site surveys
Provide support to customers for a period after site
handover
Produce and analyse various reports
Requirements:
Construction or Lift qualification (NVQ 3/SMSTS or equivalent)
CSCS
Health and Safety qualification (Desirable)
