We are working in partnership with an Ofsted 'Good' Secondary school in Hinckley who are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to join their team from January. This is a full-time and long-term role until the end of the academic year.
Job Description
Delivering engaging and challenging science lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
Planning and preparing schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments.
Monitoring student progress and providing feedback.
Contributing to the development of the department's curriculum.
Participating in extracurricular activities such as sports clubs and school trips.
Person Specification
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in science or related field
Recent experience teaching Science at secondary school level.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
