The company is a leading construction and property consultancy firm, and they are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Position Overview:

As a Quantity Surveyor with us, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial. You will play a pivotal role in managing costs, budgeting, and providing essential support to their clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the quantity surveying field, with exposure to multiple sectors being a distinct advantage. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams to manage and control project costs, ensuring they are delivered within budget. Provide accurate cost estimates and cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct cost management and procurement activities, including contract administration and variations. Interface directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice and solutions. Requirements: A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the field of quantity surveying, with exposure to multiple sectors being a bonus. APC qualified or working towards APC (we offer guidance and support for candidates pursuing APC). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £60,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
