This is a site-based role in Manchester with a requirement to be onsite 4 days a week.

facades specialist. They are looking to add an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to their team.
The Role
Following continued growth and expansion throughout the UK and internationally, our client are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to initially aid in the delivery of a major project in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful company that is committed to progressing talented individuals from trainee roles through to senior management.
Essential Criteria
4 years of facades experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Experience of major projects
A high level of organisation and achieving deadlines.
Maintaining technical knowledge and understanding.
Providing feedback for new and effective systems and controls for the business.
Positively reacting to change and assisting in its implementation in the business.
A track record of successful procurement.
Extensive knowledge of relevant computer software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
Appropriate CSCS card.
Able to travel independently to work
Desirable Criteria
Construction related degree.
Membership or working towards MCIOB or RICS is desirable.
