Are you competent with SolidWorks and have experience with management of engineering teams? If so, we are looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead a team of twelve design engineers.

Essential Skills / Experience:
Strong experience in an engineering design role component using Solidworks
Demonstrable experience in leading small design teams to meet challenging targets in time, to budget and right first time
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, and/or with equivalent experience and training
A strong team player

Salary Package / Benefits:
Competitive Annual Salary £55,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
Hybrid working (2 days a week from home)

Responsible for providing
effective leadership to a team of twelve design

You will ensure engineering design processes are followed
Undertake annual staff reporting for your team, helping set objectives and assess performance
Understand the needs of multiple projects in a complex environment, and which of your team are best suited to accomplish specific goals
