Your role;
Your role as a billing advisor will be to provide personal support and guidance to our customers. You'll be the go to expert when it comes to addressing simple or complex billing and account related issues, ensuring a smooth and personal experience. With the training we provide, you will have the knowledge and skills needed to take ownership of any query and resolve them effectively. Every interaction with our customers will be an opportunity to deliver a brilliant, personal service every single time
