Work as a Building Surveyor in Stockport
We are working with one of the UK's most experienced team of Chartered Surveyors & Commercial Property Experts and looking for aBuilding Surveyor / Project Manager with experience in the industrial and trade counter, Roadside or automotive sectors would be preferable. The firm offers a competitive salary between £35,000 - £45,000 p.a. negotiable depending on experience, plus discretionary bonus, pension and 20 days annual leave (increasing with service) plus bank holidays. To be successful, you will have: - Vendor surveys / disposal surveys experience - Condition survey experience - Building Pathology / Specific Defect Surveys experience - Experience with TDD (Technical Due Diligence) - Schedule of works experience - CAD knowledge - Tendering If you are an experienced Building Surveyor please apply, wed like to hear from you.
