We are seeking an experienced BEMS or BMS Service/ commissioning engineer who wants to take the next step in their career within a management capacity.
This will be a hybrid role with 50% of work being based on site & 50% managing existing engineers within the service department. It will be your role to support any technical queries the team may have as well as day to day service team management. This vacancy suits on site engineers looking to take their first step on the management ladder.

The Role
- Offer technical support to your team as and when required dealing with any queries/ challenges that may arise.
- You will manage your own and other engineers time effectively booking jobs and dealing with any staff issues.
- Ensure service procedures are adhered to.
- Be involved in the recruitment process and actively recruit engineers to be part of your team
- Youll be supporting and maintaining a collaborative working environment with internal & external customers and stakeholders.
- Create a high-performance culture in your team, this will enable the business to meet and exceed both customer needs and business objectives.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in service or commissioning of BMS control systems of Trend & Tridium controls
- Have excellent communication skills and report writing are essential to maintain strong relationships with all team members and customers.
- Have a professional manner and be dedicated to meeting customer expectations, whilstupholding the company values.
- Have great interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver to deadlines.
Due to the nature of this role, its essential you possess a driving licence.
