Work as a Diabetes Specialist Nurse in Kettering
Menlo Park are working with a genuinely forward thinking GP surgery, looking to add an experienced Diabetes Nurse to their well established nursing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Primary or Secondary Care experience to be heavily involved in all areas of Diabetes management, from regular diabetes reviews to dealing with some more complex cases. You will receive strong support from GPs and other clinicians within the practice. There are no home visits, care home rounds or extended hours required. This is a superb opportunity with a very highly regarded GP Practice.
Salary -
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE + NHS pension + 27 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Indemnity

Your role -
Essential experience as a Diabetes Nurse with the full diabetes diploma
Open to full or part time
Be able to cover all areas of diabetes management - including high number of diabetes reviews, as well as seeing some more complex patients

No home visits or care home rounds
No extended hours required - can pick up if desired on a voluntary basis
