Their multidisciplinary Landscape Design Service has been creating better places in London for over 20 years – focused on engaging communities and stakeholders in co-creation. The team's expertise is across a broad range of landscape design, regeneration and environmental disciplines, with a specialism in green blue infrastructure, SuDS and climate adaptive design, parks & residential open spaces, play and active spaces and urban biodiversity. The Role Are you an innovative Landscape Architect with experience of delivering exceptional Landscape projects? The company is looking for you to join their award-winning Landscape Design Service and help lead their service to the next level through developing and implementing exciting and challenging landscape, green infrastructure and public realm projects. You will work alongside the Principal Landscape Architect to plan, design and manage a portfolio of landscape improvement projects, overseeing the high-quality design service to meet the needs of clients, end-users and the wider community. Qualifications You will be a Chartered Landscape Architect with a passion for sustainability and the environment, with a desire to create landscapes that contribute to a greener future with a particular interest in SuDS and green/blue infrastructure. You will have a strong track record of delivering successful projects and programmes, focussing on creative design, and have excellent planning and contract management skills. In addition to your extensive technical skills, you will be an excellent project manager and communicator, able to develop strong relationships with your colleagues, motivate and manage a team and develop the practice culture. You will also champion the strategic development and growth of the service using your extensive technical, communication and creative skills. In this Client-facing role, you will be able to build productive and sustaining relationships with clients, partners and the wider team.
