I am delighted to be partnering with a large healthcare provider in Suffolk who are looking to engage an IT Programme Manager on a fixed term contract basis for 6 months. This role offers a hybrid working pattern with one day per week on-site in Lowestoft,
Suffolk and is paying £50,000-£57,000 per annum. My client is keen to engage a Programme Manager with experience managing multiple complex projects across multi-disciplinaries within the NHS, healthcare, or the public sector. Your new role
Reporting into the Programme Lead and as the successful applicant to this fantastic job opportunity, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support and coordination of a number of complex and high-level business opportunities, strategic transformation
programmes and projects, and ensuring key resources are effectively applied in order to support the delivery of the programmes aligned to business needs.You will develop and manage the programme management standards and tools whilst developing deliverables and associated documents (e.g. product descriptions, risk registers, action logs, highlighted reports, etc.).You will lead initial analysis and scoping activities associated with programmes and projects across the organisation, ensuring monitoring and reporting standards are met, whilst monitoring budgets, facilitating effective resolution to resource conflicts, ensuring
projects stay within tolerance for change, facilitating innovation and improvement, and supporting the development and delivery of workshops. What you'll need to succeed
You will be an accomplished IT Programme Manager available to start in February and happy to commit to the full 6 month period, with working experience coordinating and managing multiple complex projects within a public sector setting, and ideally within the
NHS or healthcare.
