Work as a Immigration Solicitor/Caseworker in London
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor, with at least 3 years’ PQE gained in a reputable Immigration team or Level 3 accreditation would be highly advantageous. You must have excellent technical and communication skills. You will be commercially aware with strong leadership skills. You will be able to hit the ground running and be able to manage complex private and corporate immigration matters.
We are also seeking an Immigration Lawyer/Case Worker fluent in the following languages
Turkish, Spanish, Dari or Arabic
You will have a pro-active approach, strong client care skills and be interested in Business Development and Marketing.

Responsibilities will include:
We are seeking candidates to manage the existing workload including providing practical advice to clients on a variety of immigration matters from appeals to nationality law. You will be required to prepare:
Entry Clearance applications
Further Leave to Remain applications
Filing appeals
Drafts of Judicial Review applications
Further, you will need to liaise with relevant stakeholders, including client, counsel and UKVI, while keeping knowledge up to date with any changes in the law.
