Catastrophic Injury / Complex Injury File Auditor - Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 Personal Injury File Auditor (Catastrophic Injury) - Greater Manchester Catastrophic Personal Injury File Auditor - Greater Manchester (UK) - The award-winning complex injury team of this national law firm is looking to hire an experienced solicitor, legal executive or fee earner to work with key stakeholders including Partners to help to improve the running of the practice area. The role combines a file audit function with broader holistic elements such as mentoring less experienced lawyers whilst also liaising with management to improve overall efficiencies and drive change. Head of Product Previous Experience:

Proven fee earning experience and full understanding of the claims process in personal injury / insurance litigation (especially multi track and / or complex claims) including RTA and EL/PL. More about this opportunity The role encompasses carrying out file audits and maintaining quality assurance against the standards required by various client SLAs as well as firmwide best practice guidelines. The role also involves an element of continuous improvement. In particular, the successful candidate will identify opportunities where standards can be improved and / or trends which require analysis. Equally, they must look out for areas of risk. What make the role particularly engaging is that you will be liaising with Partners and Legal Directors to further drive efficiencies within the team. Day-to-day responsibilities Undertake key technical file audits to ensure firm's high standards are being uniformly maintained. Work closely with senior management to make recommendations to help increase efficiencies within the team and identify Be involved in risk management and improving internal controls. Prepare reports on your findings for the heads of department. Identify any opportunities to improve. Other notable attributes Sound insurance litigation / claims experience especially complex injury - a strong background in areas such as RTA; RTA Fraud; Casualty EL/PL or Costs etc. Excellent team-working skills - you will be working with a range of individuals from fee earners to key stakeholders including client relationship managers, Partners and Heads of Department.
