Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an inspirational, and tenacious Education professional to succeed as Curriculum Manager in their English and Maths department.
With a focus on not only quality curriculum and delivery, it is vital that English and Maths continues to be held in high regard across their three campuses.
Heading up a highly experienced and dedicated team, your collaborative, innovative, and pragmatic approach to maximising English and Maths achievement and experience for students and staff, will play an unrivalled role in equipping the college community with the fundamental ability to aspire and achieve.
Responsible for English and Maths across their 16-18, 19+, and Apprenticeship provisions, this really is an intrinsic part of their whole college commitment, where the ability to work closely with Senior Management, satisfy deadlines, report on performance, create quality improvement plans, and strive for outstanding curriculum delivery, should never navigate from your student-centred approach.
Your full repertoire of skills, knowledge and experience will be used to;
Support the development of new programmes, services, and delivery
Mentor and develop staff
Advocate for a collaborative and aspirational culture
Effectively monitor and manage budgets
