We are looking for a new staff member to join our new Young Carers & Families service in the following position:
Education & Community Lead (Norwich) (37 hrs per week)

This is an exciting opportunity for you to become part of a new service in Norfolk helping empower young carers to build resilience, overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. You will be working with schools to build safe havens for young carers, reach out to those not engaged with school settings, amplify young carers voices and help them access activities. You will drive the strategic direction of our work in education throughout Norfolk and help monitor our key performance indicators.

Ability to travel across Norfolk on a regular basis is essential.
Salary: £27,611 per annum 37 hours per week
Base: St Clements House, 2-16 Colegate, Norwich, NR3 1BQ (A hybrid working policy is in place.)
