MISSIONS:
o Enrich the Inergy University and the global training offer
-Keep the catalogue of internal trainings (Inergy University) up to date
-Set up a process to identify the transversal needs of the division
-Design training paths per job, with the training leaders
o Set up an e-learning « portfolio » within Auto Inergy division
-Support the training leaders for framing and defining new e-learning modules
-Train our internal designers to the multimedia instructional design
-Design and produce e-learning modules with a rapid learning tool (Articulate Storyline)
-Follow the e-learning projectsubcontracted, as project manager assistant
o Be the referent of Auto Inergy Division for the learning management system platform (LMS)
o Contribute to the technical management of the platform
- Support the users ; train the new training managers
- Ensure the data quality
- Produce and analyze the periodical dashboards
o Perform the administrative follow-up of our expert selection process
- Improve the tools
-Produce the necessary dashboards
YOUR PROFILE:
4/5 years high-school diploma in Communication or Business School or university
You had a first experience (trainee/internship) in a Training/HR Department, in a company or an agency
You have very good editorial capabilities, in particular for web purpose
You are fluent in English. Ideally you learn start learning/speak French.
You have a good mastery of Excel
You are open to the sector of automotive industry, in an industrial environment
