As a sales representative you will be responsible for maintaining our luxury brand within the John Lewis stores that we supply as well as creating and maintaining lasting relationships with our customers.
Coole Swan is a fast growing alcohol brand based in Ireland and we are looking for sales assistants to work with us in UK John Lewis Stores – we are nationwide with John Lewis we have opportunities across the UK.
The role would suit a warm, vibrant and enthusiastic person. We are all about service with a smile here at Coole Swan and we have a reputation of going above and beyond for our customers. The role is a sales position therefore experience is essential as is the ability to approach customers with confidence. If you think you can live up to and exceed this reputation this may be the role for you. You will need to be passionate about Coole Swan because we are! You may not have fantastic knowledge of Coole Swan right now, but we offer great training and support.
Key days for tasting are Friday / Saturday / Sunday; hours are 12pm to 5pm.
Salary is £10 GPB per hour and all travel expenses are covered.
Essentials:
One year customer service experience.
Outgoing and approachable personality.
Accountability and reliability.
Desirables:
One year sales experience.
Knowledge of previous tastings/alcohol brand knowledge.
Level 1 Food and Safety Hygiene Course.
