As the backbone of engineering operations, the engineering Admin officer plays a crucial role in maintaining the seamless flow of the workplace. The responsibilities include meticulous overview of the role: administration tasks, working with the CMS system, time, and attendance for engineering department, and purchasing duties.

Ideal candidates will possess a keen eye for detail and a knack for organisation, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled with the utmost efficiency. Experience in similar roles will be advantageous, showcasing an ability to adapt and thrive in an engineering environment.

What you'll need:

Functional Skills: Level 2* in Maths & English at grade C (*or equivalent).
Business Administration (Desirable)
Use of and application of SharePoint, MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. (Mandatory)
Familiar with CMS preferably shire system • Experience within engineering department.
FMCG Desirable
Fresh product and chilled working Desirable.
