The Admissions Office is effectively a sales team that handles enquiries from prospective parents, provides school tours, and processes student applications. The Admissions intern will help support all elements of this sales process.
Admissions Department (2.5-days per week)
•Receiving incoming calls
•Visitor questionnaire and visit feedback input
•Daily visitor management
•Competition research and proposal on best practices
Marketing Department (0.5 days per week)
•Compiling news clipping report and filing
•Reference Folders update and filing
•Marketing Storage inventory
•Website traffic based on Google Analytics (analysis and report)
•Competitors website (research and summary report)
•New line of souvenirs (brainstorming and sourcing)
School Office (2 days per week)
•Scanning and uploading student files
•Student data input
•Help for uniform supermarket week for student card distribution and printing of cards
Participants in My China Opportunity’s internship program are required to pay a program fee.
