Seeking Aspiring Writers / Journalists

Job description

We're looking for ambitious writers / journalists to write content briefings for our forthcoming news and polling social networking platform. Our content is exclusively focused on addressing "the big issues" from the spheres of politics, sports & entertainment – tailored to a UK audience.

Ideal People

• Undergraduate or postgraduate studying / teaching journalism or looking to develop a future career in journalism or another literary profession.
• A commitment to objectivity and impartial analysis.
• Ability to understand sometimes complex issues and simplify them.
• Ability to write in a simple and concise way that's accessible to the majority (think tabloid).
• Familiar with Google Docs, Skype, remote / mobile working.
• Some familiarity with social media / social networks (Facebook, Twitter etc).
