Your responsibilities will include:
Meeting and greeting customers
Handling customer enquiries
Understanding customer service requirements
Making appointments and bookings
Managing the progress of vehicles through our service centre
Communicating with customers updating them on the progress of their vehicle
Handling invoices and relevant paperwork
We are working in partnership with the National Dealer Academy and the BMW/MINI UK training academy, offering a comprehensive 12 month ‘on the job’ service training programme, leading to a nationally recognised accreditation with the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) as well as a BMW/MINI qualification.

Essential Requirements:
We are searching for motivated, professional and friendly people. You should possess excellent verbal and written communications skills along with good time management and organisational ability. You should be able to work well under pressure in both a team environment as well as under your own steam.

Selected candidates will be invited to attend a half day Assessment Centre taking place between
7th-15th September at our Head Office in Leicester.
