The role of Executive Assistant is a permanent position, supporting the Managing Director of this small business consultancy. Your role will be varied, involves telephone work, and requires excellent attention to detail.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven working experience as an Executive Assistant
- PA degree or certification would be considered a plus

- A high degree of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills - Aware of the latest office gadgets and applications
- Acquainted with office management systems and procedures

- Excellent telephone manner
- Advanced touch-typing skills
- Superb analysis and reporting ability
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment:
- Assisting with recruitment campaigns
- Creating Job Descriptions for client approval - Publishing Job advertising
- Filtering applicants manually from an agreed criteria - Creating shortlists
- Telephone interviewing candidates
- Skype interviewing candidates
- Booking candidate F2F interviews with MD
- Email correspondence - Report writing - Calendar management

- Creation of electronic company manual, with documented processes and procedures
- Telephone answering
