The Learning Factor team are excited to be recruiting for Tutors at their Tuition Centre at IKEA Croydon.
This is part-time permanent role of 10 hours per week. Candidates will need to be flexible and reliable, as our centre operates 7 days a week, post school hours Monday-Friday, and throughout the day across Saturday and Sunday.
The role requires tutoring Maths and English for children aged 4-11 years old and 11+ entry exams. We seek motivated, dynamic and confident individuals with experience in marketing and sales.
Situated within easy reach of transportation (Waddon, East Croydon, West Croydon stations, Tram and bus stops) and all local amenities.
Candidates should have the following attributes:
* Experience in marketing and events planning
* Interest in sales and great customer service
* Enthusiasm to discuss the brand in the centre and to attend outreach events with the Management team.
* Play a key role in an exciting new education project
* Keen to learn new skills and develop your knowledge in this area
* A strong team player
* Reliable and willing to go the extra mile for children attending the centre
* Maths and English GCSE at grade A and above
