To coordinate and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies and plans for two separate companies (a sports nutrition brand and a social media app), and to maintain and manage both company's social media platforms and blogs.
Responsibility 1 – Strategy and content planning
Being able to develop and adapt a comprehensive social
media strategy based on the performance of posts, and to be able to suggest and implement strategical paid advertising campaigns.
Responsibility 2 – Content Creation
Working independently to create premium social media
content including blog posts, promotional offers and engaging social media posts. Understanding all of the main social media platforms, having creative
ideas and having comprehensive editing skills on software such as Adobe Photoshop are essential.
Responsibility 3 – Online Reputation Management
Responding to all comments and messages across all of
the social platforms each day in a polite and professional manner, and highlighting any negative or potentially damaging posts to management with a
suggested plan of action.
Responsibility 4 – Monthly Progress Reporting
For each company, providing a monthly report/presentation to management to discuss the analytics and performance of that month's posts and presenting a new plan of action for the month ahead
based on your analysis along with a content calendar of proposed posts/blog entries for approval.
Academic & Trades Qualifications
Essential qualifications
Qualifications relevant to the digital and social media marketing industry, PR and/or communications.
Desirable experience
Prior experience within the digital/social media marketing industry preferred but not essential.
